It Was All of Us: Dr. Shirley Kennedy, the Life of an Activist premiered in 2009. Dr. Shirley Kennedy was the Community Outreach Coordinator at the Center for Black Studies for many years. She was the organizer of the "A Slave Ship Speaks: The Wreck of the Henrietta Marie" exhibit in Santa Barbara, an exhibit which influenced thousands of students.
